STUDENTS
redemption Mesa youth (7th-12th grade)
At R/Mesa Youth we believe that the youth are an important, integral part of the body of Christ and we recognize that the teenage years can be some of the most challenging and formative in a person’s life. R/Mesa Youth leaders aim to support our church, by providing a community that values teenagers and models the beauty and truth of God’s word to them. Our approach to this is displayed in various ways and forms of life. R/Mesa Youth’s desire is to know and follow Jesus by discipling youth toward faith in Jesus, trust in his word, and love for the local church. We pursue this by following the example laid out for us in Acts 2:42.
We gather on Wednesday nights at 7:00pm at the church. We invite you to come and be part of our community as we explore what it means to be a young follower of Christ. Be ready to be real, share your thoughts, and explore together as we dig into God's word. E-mail our Youth director, Saul Guerrero, for more information.

I was born in Hermosillo, Sonora Mexico. When I was about 4 years old, my family immigrated to the United States. Ever since then, Phoenix has been my home. My mom and dad raised three young boys in the church and throughout different parts of The Valley. I met Jesus at an early age, but my relationship with him grew deeper around the age of 21 serving in a church plant in South Phoenix. Later on, I served in a Hispanic church in the Maryvale area. It is there where I met my wife. We served together for years with the youth, building relationships and sharing the Gospel.
My wife and I heard about Redemption Church through my brother, who serves at Redemption Alhambra. When we first came to Redemption Mesa, we felt welcomed, a sense of belonging, and a calling to serve in a multicultural/multiethnic bilingual church. For the past seven years, we have been growing, serving, and raising our two daughters at Redemption Mesa. We feel blessed and joyful with what God is doing in our lives.
young adults (ages 18-30)
Redemption 7TEN is a community of Young Adults who gather together so that they might grow in their love for one another, grow in their love for others, and grow in their love for Jesus.
We meet the 1st three Sundays of each month at 6pm in The Commons at Redemption Church Gilbert (1820 West Elliot Road) to worship Jesus together.
